Rocky Mount High School’s Trip to Jerry’s Before Rocky Mount High School’s students feasted their eyes on the finest masterpieces of modern art featured in the Matisse, Picasso and the School of Paris exhibit at the NC museum of art during their fall field trip, Jerry’s Artarama offered up some appetizers. While visiting Jerry’s retail store in Raleigh, students and teachers received a guided tour of the store, were given coupons and invited into the workshop room for doughnuts and a raffle, featuring such prizes as Winsor & Newton oil, watercolor and acrylic sets. The event was a success, introducing the students to the tools for them to become the next Picassos and Matisses!
