Saturday, June 23, 2012 – 10am-4pm

Join Joe in creating large format abstractions on paper in the spirit of Franz Kline, Richard Diebenkorn, and Willem de Kooning, as well as, other great Abstract Expressionists. Explore large energized abstractions that focus on composition on paper that use the four basic elements of line, shape, color and texture. Employ acrylics, graphite, spray paint, oil pastels and anything you could imagine in your art, while putting “action” back into your free form work. Learn to get over your inhibitions and create fearlessly. The answer in this all day paint fest will always be a resounding,” YES!”
