Each student is charged a non-refundable $15 registration fee. This is a one-time annual fee and the student is able to take as many workshops, or add on any amount of workshops as desired. Students accept full responsibility for safe handling of equipment and supplies in all workshops. No refunds for cancellation made for any reason after October 12, 2008 at midnight. *********************NO EXCEPTIONS********************* Students may transfer their workshop to a different student to take, but you CANNOT transfer from one workshop to another.
